We have moved from good to great!! What a wonderful feeling to get to the end of a day and not feel like a failure in the healthy lifestyle department!!
Was off work today, but I had a couple phone calls to make, got up late, but let my DH sleep while I took care of the calls. Cereal for breakfast, sandwich for lunch, soup and salad for supper. Still need to incorporate more fruits and veggies, but I am doing so much better. We went to the gym, I was so happy that I got hubby to go along, it has been too long since he has been there! We both do better when we are on this journey together!
20 minutes on the treadmill, 10 on the elliptical, and I worked much harder at it than usual...kicking it up a notch!!! I stayed within my calorie range for the day, less than I thought it would be!!! It is so easy when your mind is set right!
I went to the Dr to have him look at my arm, have been having muscle pain and soreness. He thinks it is tendinitis, prescribed an anti-inflammatory...see if that helps, it is aching tonight!
Long day of work tomorrow...time for a nap!
