I hope everyone had a great holiday weekend. As it comes to a close today, I feel pretty good about what I have done. I went to visit my mother and my only downfall was a couple small pieces of candy. When I go on trips, I always eat too much, it is one of my triggers to over-eating! Yesterday, I stopped for a sandwich on the way and for a sandwich on the way home. Ate a bag of baked chips and a couple granola bars. Even with the candy, I only went over my allowed calories by a couple...so I am feeling pretty good. It was probably about 500-700 calories less than I usually eat in a day, just by paying attention to what I am eating!!!
DH might have to be working a double shift today, so I am going to try to get some work done...dishes, Christmas treed taken down...and I need to go to the gym today!
I know I can be successful, with the help of my DH and all my wonderful friends on Sparkpeople, we will all succeed!!
