I am following the Sparkpeople website again...it is good to be back there. The January month has suggestions for every day. The one for the first of the year is to set three specific goals for the year so here they are:
- Eat a healthy, well-balanced diet within my healthy calorie range each day
- If there is an event that I eat too much, get right back on track immediatly
- Exercise for 30 minutes a day atleast five days a week
I will re-evaluate these goals on a monthly basis to see if I am sticking to them or if I need to adjust them
