I missed a week of posting my weight loss! Well, now I am up to half way to my actual goal, not just the 50 pounds in 50 weeks. I was sick last Saturday, but I lost 2 pounds, lost another pound this week!! As long as I eat the amount of calories Sparkpeople tells me to eat and burn the amount of calories it tells me to eat, I lose weight. I don't have to kill myself with exercise in order to see results and I don't have to starve myself. People won't recognize me at the reunion in July, I will look so different from last year! I wish I could get a life-sized cut out of a picture of me from last year to bring along.
