Have decided to go back to using the My Fitness Pal site and app. I for some reason feel overwhelmed by Sparkpeople. I know it is completely mental and I think it is because I was so involved before that I am avoiding it now. I don't mean to put Sparkpeople down; it is a great site and it is free but I can't do everything. I have the app for MyFitnessPal on my tablet so it is very easy for me to use. I will check to see if Sparkpeople has an app like that, if they do, I will give it a try. Out of town a couple nights this week - that is a big challenge at the start of my attempt to eat a healthier diet.
