I had to look back over my posts to see when I actully start this 50 month project. As I see it, 48 days is about 1.5 months so this is where I stand...I am doing great! I have lost 8 pounds and am exercising on a regular basis. I have commited to 10 minutes a day, but do 30 most days. I am eating a healthy diet and staying within my calorie range every day! My DH has also come along on the journey with me, which is an added benefit!
Tomorrow is weigh-in, hoping for a loss!
