It has been a good week. Things are going well at work...I am achieving my goals of building my knowledge and understanding of things I don't usually deal with.
I have been steadily decreasing my calorie intake to a reasonable healthy level.
Water intake has been great and I am exercising on a regular basis!
I am determined to cook more and eat fewer carryout and delivery meals...this will help both of us to get healthy!
Tomorrow is weigh in day...I hope to see a loss!
