I am really concentrating on the cardio...I just need to get this weight off so I can move better. I know I have to start strength training so these are my goals:
When I have lost 12 more pounds, I will start more intense strength training
When I have lost 22 more pounds (10 pounds after the first goal) I will start the P90X routine.
I know people do P90X when they are overweight, but some of the moves are just impossible for me at this point. Waiting till I get more weight off will eliminate that problem as well as help me to avoid a possible plateau that I usually hit at that point!
