Today my husband gave me an early Valentine gift...he started on a healthy eating program! I have been doing pretty well for the past couple weeks and now we are on the journey together! It is so much easier to do it when you have a partner!
I went to the gym today, then stopped at the grocery store and stocked up on Weight Watchers dinners. DH is going to be eating what his diet plan says to eat, so I figure I can make us salads and then we can each eat the meal we want.
Soon Spring will be here, we will start walking and biking and our excess weight will come off!
